Customer: US based appraiser coalition which accredits appraisers who help lenders, portfolio managers, accountants, attorneys, government, private individuals, all other property interests to value commercial and residential properties.

Challenges: Appraisers have two major hurdles in valuation:
1) Agreements, provenance deeds and third party appraisals are generally made available only as physical documents. It is a tedious and time consuming process to cull relevant data, structure information and curate it.
2) Needed a clear workflow to enable maker, checker, authority and owner roles.

Solution: Our consultants studied the entire appraisal and sales process for a period of six weeks and automated the entire appraising process over the next six months. Workflow automation was also enabled to streamline the processes and made the organisation responsive and flexible.
